Real estate has been a family business for over 30 years for the Riazatis. Having been mentored by her father, Melody was trained from a young age to be a mogul in the real estate industry. After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in finance/real estate, she joined the family business. Not long after, Melody took the reigns of Riazati Real Estate in 2016. Her husband, Ryan (educated as a doctor of chiropractic), stepped away from full time practice in 2021 to support and grow the family business by focusing on marketing and obtaining his mortgage license.

Since, Riazati Real Estate has been known for their attentiveness to detail, dedication to clients, vast knowledge of the real estate market, and strong leadership qualities. They have a systematic approach to helping their clients and they truly enjoy every step of the process.

Melody is also a bona fide educator and it shows. She enjoys consulting and teaching her clients, as well as other realtors. She is bilingual, also speaking Farsi, giving her more ability to help in unique real estate scenarios! From experienced real estate investors to first time home buyers, she is trusted by all and understands the importance of a house not only being a home, but a great asset as well.
